How much weight have you lost in a 2 month period?

I want details how much weight what exercises did you do? What meals did you eat? How long did you work out for in a day/ week? I want to know everything lol I'm trying to hear your personal exoierence... Every1 tells me work out eat good but there's a bunch of work outs and a lot of different so called healthy foods Kwim?

20pounds in two months and all I did was eat better, no soda, and only suggested serving sizes and nothing with over 7g of fat.

Over the past 2 weeks I've lost 15 pounds. I walk about 20 minutes 3-4 times a week but I'm also doing the HCG diet.


Serving sizes are a BIGGGG factor. You could eat a smurf ton of healthy foods but overall calorie intake makes a difference. Try limiting your carbs/starches and only eating 1200ish calories a day. Fruits, vegetables, and lean meats. Try to avoid processed foods (anything in a package) and try to limit fats to healthy ones like avocado and nuts.

Ive lost 17 pounds in 2.5 months. I've been doing zumba at my gym 3-5 times a week for an hour each time. I have also been eating 1200-1700 calories a day depending on if I exercise or not. I've cut out regular sodas completely and almost all fast food. I do sometimes eat chikfila and i have a few diet cokes but I'm trying to stop that too lol.
For breakfast I make an egg white/ turkey sausage scramble with peppers onions and fat free cheese and it is really YUMMY, filling, and less that 200 calories!! I'll either eat that or if I'm on the go have a fiber one bar and fruit.
For lunches I've been eating healthy choice meals. Snacks- I love the fiber one brownies lol and celery with laughing cow cheese!
Dinners I eat what every one else does, just one serving, no seconds.

Just drink lots of water and count your calories! It really DOES work when you stick to it. Also, eat a lot of fiber and watch how much sugar you are eating.

A smurfing sandwich. Plain chicken breast and no beef or pork. I pretty much ate simple easy healthy smurf.
