Any good ideas for a baby shower ?

like as in... theme? games? decorations? food?

We had a 'love is sweet' theme... A lot of candy and bright blue n green

games & things to do

We made a board with pictures of celebrities when they were babies, each baby was numbered. Then each guest got a piece of paper with the names of the celebrities and they had to match them.

Guess the weight and date the baby will be born.

How many jelly babies in the bottle/jar.

Dirty diapers: melted chocolate bars in nappies, guests have to guess the chocolate bar by smell n taste. Not for ppl with a weak stomach

Who knows mommy best: quiz on questions about mom (fav color, how many children she wants, first pet... Anything)

if i was having a baby shower i would put little banners up and cupcakes out for everyone whether its a girl or boy colour themed and have a little gift bag for them all with a little bits and bobs in to say thank you for the baby gifts.

All these. We had baby bingo at my shower, where the boards had an item on them, and whenever I opened a present you would put a chip on the item. We had prizes for winners. And then baby scratch cards (they had storks, babies, diapers on them it was cute).

You can serve cake and cookies to the guest as kid loves cookies. And play games like to taste baby foods or to guess the baby's birth date or gender.
