it always made me bleed for 2 months...till i would get my next shot. no bleeding for month...then bleed for 2 months. everytime. they kept telling me it would stop but it didn't so i quit it. but it didn't make me gain weight or anything.

Had no period's while on it and it worked 100% for me! Love it! Just had a low sex drive, only side effect.

Hated it, it made me gain weight and caused me many fertilities problems. I lost mu fetility for over a year AFTER i got off the shot.

Depo, has a black box warning, which is the highest warning before its taken off the shelves.

Took it 6 years gained a total of 24 lbs from the shot (30 lbs from bad habits) first year had a period for the first 3 months (like normal) then had one every 3 months Then didn't have one at all for the 5 years. Never got pregnant till a year and half after being off of it. Had slight depression (have a feeling that was from other factors). Over I love it.

i also didn't get pregnant for 1 1/2 yrs after stoping it, besides the bad bleeding issues.

I gained crazy weight on the shot, my skin broke out worse than teenage years and my mood was all over the place. I think I had 3 rounds of the shot before I said screw that and went on a normal pill.

Did anyone feel sick all the time after getting the shot? Like sick to your stomach almost like morning sickness?

1st shot was great. 2nd number two made me blow up like a whale.

Didn't get a 3rd shot.

I recieved the depo like 3 days after i had my daughter and everything was cool the first couple of weeks and then i started getting EXTREMELY bad migraines! I had never even really had a headache in my life, and all of a sudden these migraines were destroying me. I only got 1 shot and never went back for another. the migraines had stopped close to the 3 month expiration of the darn drug! For some reason, i bled for like 7 months after i had my daughter...no one could explain why...so i'm just gonna blame the depo! Another problem is, i went from being a complete nymphomaniac, to like now barely having a sex drive :[ and its been A LITTLE OVER A YEAR SINCE I GOT THE SHOT! Didn't gain weight from it BUT it wouldnt surprise me if it makes you feel sick!!

I loved it, never gained weight, I never got a period on it, and I had no side effects
