Texan man murder...Rape trigger warning

Since it's such a hot topic I figured I would ask...

If you walked in on a man raping your daughter, what would YOU do?

Leave to call the cops, bing him over the head with a vase, just pull him off and grab your daughter, tell him to stop and hope he does? I mean what would you think would be the "right" thing to do?

Do you think genital mutilation/cutting a man's penis off would be a justifiable punishment for repeat rapists/offenders? I mean if they can't learn to keep it in their pants maybe not having one would make things better? Or what do you think?

I would kill him. No doubt.

Hit him with something then call the cops. If it was SO, he'd shoot the guy.

I would probably fight him or shoot him if a gun was nearby.

I havent read the story but if the man killed the rapist, I think that was the right thing to do.

I would effing kill him, & this man should not be charged, which I don't think he will be, bc who in there right mind would put this man behind bars? my god, I would KILL HIM! my SO would over kill him!!

Beat him with something and grab my kid. Then call the cops. If he was still a threat I would tell my kid to run and then I would shoot the creep.

I find it hard just imaginging this situation. I don't think this man would've been found guilty as he could've easily plead that he had temporary insanity. I know that I would go insane in that situation and would hate to be held accountable for my actions.

I used to work with a lady whose brother walked in on her husband having sex with her child. The guy just chased him out of the house. I think I would've killed someone doing that to my nieces or nephews.
