awwwwwwwww happy mama's day!

At daycare my son made me the cutest mommy's day gift. They made sleep masks filled w/lavender. the outside is decorated to look like closed eyes w/rainbow rick rack around the outline. His teacher said that if I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds it would be toasty. I can't wait to use it!
Piper's class made these little cards w/a poem and then dipped her feet in green paint and put the prints on the card. On the way home Elliot kept saying "mommy, I celebrate you! you're the best mommy in the whole world. thank you for being my mommy" I'm sure they've been drilled all week but, I almost started crying.

aww that is sooo cute. my sons daycare took pic of him and but it on hanging styrafoam (sp) and they put a little poem on it and then he glued little hearts and shapes on it i love it!! my first mothers day gift that my son made yay

Evan's preschool had them make little flower covered bags, and then put a little cup with a marigold inside the bag. On the outside of the bag, they attached a color picture that they had taken of him that day. Too cute!

300.00 a week for a 3 year old and a 2 month old. but, dried lavender in bulk is pretty cheap.
