I set myself up

I took my daughter yesterday to go take some pics. They put them up on the website, I shared the link and log in information with a couple of my family so they could see them early. I was so excited, they are her first.

I thought I would email my daughters father so he could see them too. He never replied or anything. I kinda knew he wouldn't but I'm so excited for her pics that I wanted to share. Anyways now I am all bummed. She's his little girl and he really doesn't care.
He gets his emails to his phone so I know he received it.

My phone goes off and I expect to see a responding email. I'm so dumb to even email him the link and log in information.

Yeah well I learned my f'n lesson. I will try to put some of the pics up.

You're right, lesson learned. Expectations will always let us down especially when it comes to dead beat baby daddys. Because you know that he should care and be just as elated as you, but he's not. I guess one day these baby daddys may regret how selfish they were...maybe not though. Better off w/o someone that selfish around is how I think of it. Show us the pics! We'll be excited For you. I know it's not the same, but you know. I struggled a lot with that at first. I used to be so sad that the person who helped make my son wasn't there (and didn't care enough to be) for when our baby had his smile etc. oh well. life goes on w/o them.
