Thank you!   I think my arms are toned from lifting/carrying Landon. He's always been a big boy! lol, whenever my mom watches him, she says her arms are very sore the next day!

and honestly, I just started working out at the gym again last week, and I've been eating healthy recently. before that I was eating fast food pretty much everyday  I also cut out diet soda, and I noticed my bloating has gone down a lot.

overdid-it at the gym yesterday... worked out hardcore for almost 2 hours. today I am so sore

Ah. Yea I have never drank soda regularly, luckily. I used to eat fast food more often too, & me & SO would go out to eat like twice a wk. Now it is once a wk if that, & when we do eat at a restaurant, I usually just order something like a grilled chicken sandwiche or chicken fingers (I like the crispers from Chilis  ). I rarely finish even half my plate. The biggest part for me has been cutting down on alcohol. I was drinking a lot, & I don't like beer, so all mixed drinks. Tons of sugar & empty calories   It's been at least a few months now of hardly any alcohol

That is great, keep up the good work!   and yeah I hate beer, so if I drink it's mixed drinks for me too.. but all that sugar goes straight to my butt so I try to avoid them haha.

yeah I get tired of people saying I need to gain some pounds in my butt, I'm like yeah right because I can actually choose where I want my weight to go
