workout vids on netflix

I just saw that they have work out videos on netflix hm havent looked at them yet but has anyone tried them?

I did the yoga for aches and pains. It was wonderful.

Do you have to search for them? I haven't seen any!

Are you doing netflix on the wii? Wii fit is awesome, I personally like using that.

My SO has done a couple of the yoga videos on netflix and it's helped with his back pain. I'll have to check out what else they offer!

I don't have a wii unfortuantly I wish I did.....They have so many yoga videos and work out videos, Im def checking them out tomorrow. Well I say that now lol.

Ah - if you can get a wii at some point, I definitely recommend it just for the wii fit - I'm excited to try Zumba once my job picks up and I feel comfortable spending the money.

Actually - do they have any zumba or similar on netflix? That would be so awesome

ohh I defiantly want one lol eventually I will get one I hope! I dont know what zumba is really lol but they do have one called. "ten minute solution: fat blasting dance mix" maybe that one is simular.
