I have NO idea why people would do it... I just know Maja had her pics stolen once already! I didn't see any watermarks on the pics and didn't know if they could be embedded in the picture somehow.

From what I understand you can write something on the picture (ie your name, babys name.. ect). Once you write it you can lighten the text up so its noticeable but not where you can't see the picture. I've never did it personally but I would imagine you can any type of program you can edit with, for example paint shop.

It is supposed to prevent people from stealing pictures if that is on there.
