Loose skin or fat? [pics]

Hello,
Could anyone tell me if this is loose skin or fat?
Or both? Or if I lose the fat (that's probably there) will I just have a hang of loose skin?

I just wanna know if I can get this back to looking fairly decent,
I'm already going to the gym ect.

both, tone up a bit and it should shrink even more   no offense at all by this but I can tell by your thighs that a little toning all around will help tighten the skin up.

Maybe talk to a personal trainer at your gym and ask them for advice on the best way to lose/ tone it up.

Looks like mostly loose skin and mabe alittle fat.....i have battled this over and over . From personal experience the more fat u loose, the more the skin will sag   you can balance it out some by building up your stomach muscle .

Both, but the mid area looks loose. Nothing some exercise cant fix.

It's both right now, if you lose the fat the skin will still hang down like that but not out like it is now. It'll look like the skin on your stomach is melting almost, the stretch marks will make your skin look wrinkled and it will hang loosely. The more weight you lose the more the skin will hang and wrinkle. It's the downfall of losing the weight when your skin gets stretched out like that.

it won't be as drastic as you think it will. The more you tone up the more the skins elasticity will rebuild. Will you look the way you did before pregnancy...probably not..but you will look damn near close to it. Just keep working on it.

Both.
Toning exercises will help though. If you tone as you lose fat it'll help shrink it and tone it back up.

Drink loooots of water. Also, keeping your skin moisturized and hydrated helps. soy protein, cocoa butter, & aloe vera lotions are good for moisturizing. Use it frequently, after every time you shower / bathe / swim / etc. And a few times randomly when you think about it during the day. Exfoliating helps because it gets rid of dead cells & increases the circulation.

Yeah, it'll never be flat again but toning helps a LOT. You build muscle under that loose skin where the fat is now and it'll help fill it out. Keep your skin moisturized and elastic and it'll help some too. You're not a lost cause but you shouldn't expect to look like you did before.
