PS none of my siblings got pregnant....its funny that the ONE that didn't have to take care of anyone got pregnant.....

Pshhhh, I only had the younger ones so Quinn could practice for when she becomes a teen mommy!

I had my 16 year old in the room when I had my last one ( She asked for it). I am probably the most in control person while having a baby. No screaming or yelling. You can hardly tell when I'm having a contraction. Lol, I make it look easy according to the nurses. It still freaked her out. She swears she is going to adopt any kids she thinks she might ever want.

BTW Cowboy47429 if my 16 year old ever watches my other children, I ask her well in advance, normally about 3 days before, she knows she doesn't have to and I will get another babysitter if she doesn't want to do it. She also gets paid in some fashion when she does. It is not always in money sometimes it is extra privledges or a reward such as a movie rental or having a friend stay the night. I never just expect her to care for my other children. I also do not consider minor thing, like handing me my child to feed them or getting them a drink, being responsible for them. I never said that is their job all the time I simple ask everyone to pitch in when I need an extra hand, something that most people would do for complete strangers much less family.

I personally am not trying to burn myself out or be awarded supermom of the year.

I am sorry you had to go through what you did when you were younger but it is unrealisic to believe that is what happens in all families.
