SUCCESSSSSSS!!!!!

So I found the workout that works quicker than anything else I have ever tried. Its Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I have only been doing it for five days and I have already lost an inch off of my thighs. Its hard though, I'm not gonna lie. Well at least it is for me because I sat on my butt A LOT and got really out of shape. I have been doing that and Atkins, and taking Hydroxycut Max and I have lost about ten pounds in 11 days.

the first 12 pounds you loose when trying to loose wieght is the easiest, because its only water wieght, thats what a trainner told me.. after that it gets hard, but thats just what ive herd

how do u like the hydroxicut? i tried the regular kind but im afraid it will hurt me lol im a wuss. i lost like 40 lbs in 2 months on it though before i got pregnant.

does hydroxycut make you speedy? i got some diet pills but i feel like i'm on crack when i take them. i know they'd work, but i'mnot willing to feel that way and get used to it

I dont like taking pills,but I heard from people that hydroxycut works..I'm to afraid to try it but i've been waiting for someone to say that some type of work out dvd works.lol..So,I think i'll try this video that she posted about.

Sorry, my husband was back in town from Kansas so I havent been on here much. The video is 30 Day Shred from Jillian Michaels and I got it on amazon.com for 12.99. Then I went to GNC and I got on this plan thing that they have that includes Hydroxycut Max (which doesnt make you feel like you're on crack), women's vitamins, and a fat blocker called tonalin CLA. It is working really really well. I know it sounds like a lot of stuff, but it is just like LA weight loss or any of that because you have to buy a gazillion supplements. The only thing is that the fat blockers make you need to poop.

But word to the wise, the pills are crap. They do worse to your system than anything. Get off them now. You will still see the same success when you get off them

^agreed! i dont think ppl realize how detrimental they can be on your body. you can do this without putting unknown things into your body. have faith! losing weight is simply lack of calories..be it through healthy eating or exercise. be careful. we don't want you hurting yourself.

My firend also got a heart murmur taking Hydroxycut! That was back when there was still ehphedra in them though.
