I have this DVD too, it is soo hard!!! I did it with 5lb. weights the first time and I couldn't move and was sore for like three days. But then I used the 3lb. weights and didn't feel I worked hard enough. I haven't been consistent with it everyday though  Do you do it everyday? I can't imagine what the level 2 and 3 workouts are like!

With me, its always the hardest to lose those initial pounds, and then the weight just seems to fall off. BUT I salt everything. Hell, I used to eat apples with salt on them. So, of course, I dont think my water weight ever truely goes away. I will have to work on that...

what type of stuff is in the workouts?  and you need to own weights for it?  anything else you need for it?  

i want to buy it but i'm curious what type of stuff is on it because theres some stuff i just can't do/won't do.  so i don't want to waste adam's money on something i won't use.

You just need one set of dumbells and a mat if you prefer. I just work out on the carpet. They are just basic moves like pushups, jumping jacks, boxing etc. No fancy difficult moves!
