Unlocking Advanced Features ?

I have a question about unlocking advanced features. When I click on the link for "Peanut Labs Surveys and Offers", At the top of the page it opens itsays "step 1" and asks for my gender. When I click "next question", it witches to another question, but all it shows are 3 boxes, I am assuming it is asking for bday, but it doesnt give a question or a next question button. Is this a known problem? Or is something going on with my computer specifically?

hmm maybe try a different browser, if your using internet explorer, maybe try google chrome or firefox

I tried doing that and when I would answer a question it said I didn't qualify.. so idk... It's dumb.
