I have no clue why but I am feeling sad. I have tried everything to cheer up but nothings worked. just blah

12weeks PP. It had just been coming and going but this time its been a few days. I keep thinking I get sad when the stress gets bad but I havent been stressed out much the last few days.

Talk to your Obgyn/ midwife, tell them how you are feeling, it could be PPD.

I am worried to. I cant have anything on my records, I am going though custody stuff and cant have anything for my ex to say bad about me. And he has mental problems and I dont want him to be able to use it against me.

PPD is something so common in women after giving birth, you need to get help before it could get any worse. I am sorry youre going through that, maybe keep it a secret from your ex and anyone else. The fact that you went and got help sound show them that you are doing what's best for your LO.
