TTC after IUD

I had my Mirena taken out 6/5/12 and we have been TTC since. I started my period 6/26/12 and was wondering how quick my body will go back to regular cycles for me to be able to track when the best time to TTC would be. If it helps any I had the Mirena for a year and a half and had my period about every 6-8 weeks when I had it in.

My doctor told me to wait at least 3 months before trying after having Mirena removed. It takes a while for your body to get ready to carry a baby again, he said if you get pregnant too soon there is a risk you'll miscarry.

i had my mirena 29 months, had it removed 2.25.11 still waiting for a "regular cycle" and a BFP

I had my Mirena for 18 months (with no period due to breastfeeding) when got it removed.

I had a period two days later and was pregnant the next cycle.

EVeryones different
Example:
Me: Mirena placed 8/26/08, Removed 8/2/11, M/C 1/6/12, M/C 3/28/12. Still TTC.
My Friend: Mirena placed 5/16/10, Removed 8/12/11, Pregnant Jan 12.
So it all depends on your body and everything else lol

I had paragard. Had it removed after 14 months. Haven't been on birth control of any kind since March but actively starting ttc in may. We have BD regularly since removal but still no BFP

Everyone is different. Mirena tends to make TTC more difficult due to the constant hormones it puts in your body for an extended period of time. I have known some to get pregnant right away after its removal and others that has taken years to get pregnant.

Everyone is different

I had my mirena since jan 14th of 2009 took it out 28th of november 2011

DH and i have been TTC since with no luck
I'm still waiting to get regular cycles
I had no AF in dec. Jan 20th AF showed her face...then nothing in feb March 6th AF again then april around the 22nd

May nothing june AF showed up again. About 4 days ago
