Is there anything you do....

to get your ass bake into gear when strating a new health routine? I used to just take a diet pill one day and then after that I'd have myself back in gear, but the last time I did that I had REALLY bad palpitations and won't go near it now... so what is your secret?

My motivation is looking at these skinny little girls walking around in their bikinis.Next summer I WILL be bikini ready.I just got offered an office job and i hope that wont stop me from eating healthy and going to the gym.
