Did you lose weight BFing?

if so how much and how fast. What was your diet like?

I did until I got mirena in. I lost 30 lbs in 9 weeks, and I ate whatever the hell I wanted.

I did. I lost 25lbs (everything I gained, plus two pounds) with my first after 3 weeks.
I lost 30lbs (everything I gained) with my second after around 4 weeks.

I have the Mirena, and it hasn't caused me any weight issues.

*eta* As for my diet, we've always eaten pretty healthy. I certainly have a soft spot for french fries, and ice cream...but we try to limit that stuff. I do drink a ton of water.

So far I lost 25 lbs and I'm a month PP but I'm still 50 pounds heavier than my normal weight  

I lost 66 lbs in arounds 6 months and I ate like a disgusting pig.

I lost 16 lbs in the first 6 weeks, then I bfed for 16 months and didn't lose 1 more pound. I was eating like I was starving though.

I lost 45lbs in like 6 weeks maybe 8. I just ate like normal. I only gained 20 while pregnant. I'm kind of stalled now though. I need to work out but it's hard when my husband works 10 hour shifts and we only have a few hours before bed to get dinner and everything in.

I actually gained 10 pounds breastfeeding!!!
 
my diet was really good.

I stopped breastfeeding a month ago and im losing weight finally!!!
I am 10 pounds from my pre-pregnancy size. Im trying to get back to 155 by July 23rd.
1 year on, 1 year off. (I gained ALOT while pregnant.  

I lost 17 pounds in four weeks. Lost all the weight I gained during pregnancy by eight weeks. I still need to lose more weight and so far breastfeeding has not helped with that.

Didn't lose a pound breastfeed even gained a couple. It's kinda rough when everyone says breastfeeding makes you lose weight and you jsut keep getting fatter.

yep, lost 50 lbs in 6 months. ate like crap. by the time i stopped BFing my son when he was 15 months, i was 8 lbs below my pre-preg weight.
i am almost 2 yrs pp now, and that 8 lbs has slowly crept back on.
so now I am working my butt off so I don't gain anymore weight!
I miss BFing!! lol

7 weeks it took me no work out no diet just eating n feeding lol. i was 170-and got down to 126

yea I was shocked. I thought my body was going to be smurfed for ever and I was going to be a big girl but nope i got lucky. I never changed my eating habits I just drank a lot more water to keep my milk supply up plus you feel so thirsty all the time.

I lost 40 in 6 weeks. It's totally doable. I didn't try either.
