I'm pretty sure that you can.
Women get pregnant shortly after childbirth without getting thier periods back. I've also head about women ovulating twice in one cycle without having a period

Yes! My last period before I had my daughter was December 2008. I got pregnant February 2009. I thought I'd originally gotten pregnant in 2008, when I found out. I thought I was 12 weeks, and found out I was actually 6 weeks.. (Imagine that shock). I didn't have a period from December up until after I gave birth. It was weird, but it was also because my birth control smurfed up tremendously.
But yes I ovulated and didn't have any periods. Weird but happens.

I did. I got pregnant with my son after 2 years of no period. Didn't have a "period" until my miscarriage

thanks, ive lost count now about how long its been since my last period, was about 12 weeks ago, and i thought i had been ovulating a couple times just wasnt sure, as i am trying to fingure out my new body, since i had a miscarriage i havent had a proper period yet, or none at all, that was 5 months ago. i dont know my body anymore, before i was pregnant i always had regular periods and even just after i had my son they went straight back to being regular but than when i fell pregnant again my body is all messed up, it makes me a little angry actually, at myself
