4th of July

There's a potluck at the animal shelter i work for and i need ideas as to what to bring. Someone is already bringing desert and the main dish is being provided and im at a complete loss as to what to bring.

Ideas?

Maybe drinks?

FRIED MAC N CHEESE   or poatoe salad/macaroni salad.

Potato salad.

cook the mac n cheese like you normally do then freeze it. Once frozen take it out cut it into cubes. Coat in your fav breading and fry them suckers. they look like this..they are AMAZING!

They make great appetizers cause you can easily stick toothpicks into them too   and you can't have a 4th of july potluck without mac n cheese..its so..american comfort food-ish hahaha
