if it's for the best why am I dreadfully miserable?

I'm miserable with abortion adoption and parenting. I just want to be happy I'm pregnant but people try to drag me down... And then make me think of the future and negativity and I make this out of logic knowing I'm terribly sad about it... Why do people have to make life miserable? Why can't I be happy?

I had an abortion when i was 16 and i have no regrets. it gets easier. I am happy with my decision, I graduated high school went to college and I am now pregnant with my second baby(had my first at 19 but was already done with most of what i wanted to accomplish.) Adoption was too hard for me to do, maybe that makes me selfish but i don't really care its my life and i did what i wanted to do with it. Keeping the baby is also an option, which is also pretty hard if your trying to finish school and most of the time you struggle, but it is very do'able! Good luck with any of these choices you will know you made the right one when you decide!

I do believe I posted in your topic earlier...Look I had my DD at 16...I'm not going to tell you it was easy...because GOD knows it wasn't. But YOU need to sit down and think about what YOU want. Not what your mom/dad/second cousin twice removed wants. If YOU want to have an abortion, then you do it, if YOU want to keep your baby, there's help believe me. If YOU want to give up the child for adoption that's YOUR choice. It's all YOUR choice. Don't let others affect what you feel is the right thing to do.

It's your decision. Only you can make it. You are not going to be happy until you make up your mind. Whatever choice you make, know that people will judge you because you are young. It is important that you are happy with you choice and happy with the reasons that you came to the conclusion you did.
It's up to you to be happy.

I think you should take more than a day to decide what you're going to do. It's obvious your still very wishy-washy on what choice you think is the best.

With any choice you make, there will always be someone that will hate on it. Unless YOU are confident in that decision, their opinions will eat at you.

Nothing makes sense if you use logic...and think about it hard enough. If you want to be a mom...It's not an easy road...but there are people and places willing to help you if your parents throw you out ect.

I've been a similar situation. I choose to have an abortion. I wanted to finish school and have a solid relationship before bringing a baby into the world. But at the same time, I really wanted to be a mom In all decisions there are positives and negatives. Weigh out the negatives against the positives. I am now married with a 6 month old baby boy. He is my world and I couldnt imagine anything different. There will be good days and bad days no matter what decision you make. Having an abortion is not the end of the world and It will not affect you the rest of your life, but having a child will. Are you ready for the responsibility?

Oh and I'd like to add that I'm not trying to influence your decision. I finished school ect. Thanks to a vocational school with a free day care and high school.

U have several more months to make ''logical'' choices and prepare yourself by researching all your local resources , if having your baby is what you want to do! I had my first child at 16 and managed to finish school & votech, while holding down a job and caring for my baby.....was it easy???? NO Was it worth it???? You betcha

I think it's too hard for me... I have sat down wrote the pros and cons out emotionally I think I could be alright then when I think of like going through college. I could get my dreams cut short..... but other than that I'm happy with parenting happier seeing it in a positive light but everyone wants to be so negative...

Hey now hun, I'm in college.  
As I said it's your choice.
I share the same opinion as the other girl...It wasn't easy, it's still not, but you know what? To me...it's worth every second.
Do what YOU want to do. Not what anyone else thinks you should do. I've had 2 abortions. They were both brow beaten onto me by my ex (dd's father) I regret both times, why? Because I didn't do what I felt was right. It haunts me...not because having an abortion is "wrong" or w/e, but because I PERSONALLY did not want to have them.

I feel like my initial decision to keeep it was weak.

not really I know I'm not ready but that's what I want to become. I hope that I can be someday... I do want to finish high school and ten go to college and become a lawyer I feel like it won't happen with a baby. But then I also want to become a mom and know this baby but maybe it's not meant to be... I know when I weigh it all out I'm better off with an abortion but it makes me miserable to think that's what I should do... I already really do want it... I just simply do it's only natural.
