ever feel like..

Do you ever feel like you dont know what your doing or why? Or like you dont understand who you are and feel really lost like everything is happening to fast then you get this feeling in the bottom of your tummy and it makes you get sick and scared? i dont know how to handle this.

I used to feel that way all the time. I was very lost for a few years. Then I met my SO and I had a place to live. I was safe from my family because I was thousands of miles away. And he let me sleep. For months I did nothing but sleep. When I woke up I knew who I was and what I wanted in life.

That is called growing up and finding your self dear. It happens to all of us at some point.

I think the term is reflecting. and it is a GOOD think to do. I STILL do it at 23.

thats the thing im still with the babys dad and we havent had any problem keeping a roof over our heads. im active and do alot i just dont understand why i would feel this way.

Are you happy with the other areas of your life? Like work and education? Not doing what you want because you don't know what it is you want to do career wise has always made me feel funny in the past.

Well for one you are pregnant.You've never experience this before and it is a scary thing to go through. I think a LOT of first time mothers go through it. Just reading your OP it brought back memories for me. I was 20 when I got pregnant with my son. We did not want to have a baby at that point. We weren't prepared both in college.

It still happens to me now being pregnant with my second child. I worry all the time about how life is going to change. but it's worth it I can promise you that

no im doing what i want to do. we are working on getting our stuff together tho money wise i mean we arent having problems really but we just dont have fun money or anything.

It could be that your pregnant and about to have a baby then. Both of which you haven't done before.

I see you posted in teen pregnancy, that honestly doesn't matter. In most cases age has nothing to do with how good of a mother you will be. It has to do with what's in your head.

A lot of it is probably your hormones though. I remember when I moved in with my fiance at that point in time. we got out first apartment. I was 7months pregnant.

I sat and went through the boxes my mom brought over...Looked at everything from my childhood and life at my mommy's house and just BAWLED my eyes out for an hour.  

hormones are the devil lol
