If they baby isn't latching properly it can hurt like a bitch. BUT if you see a lactation consultant and work on it with the baby it can be a breeze. My nipples got irritated really badly because DD wouldn't latch properly and I stupidly didn't see a lactation consultant.
Also if you are uncomfortable breast feeding you can pump and bottle feed your breast milk to the baby.

Oh me too! I was never a big fan of his, but this is a movie I have got to see. It's about time they came out with something for the ladies/gay men.

My nephew loves that pillow & is now walking at 11 months & carries his around with him so he can sit with it!

My son's 3 and sleeps with his. I use it for sleeping but I put it between my legs for back support.

You can return them at Walmart. They will always exchange. We had a diaper party for my son and we had all different brands and enough for the first 4 months of life. At the end we had odd ones that we didn't use, we just exchanged them.
