I didnt really get morning sickness very much but on the days I felt it I ate rootbeer popsicles. My mom told me about it and she had horrible morning sickness with me everyday her whole pregnancy.
Also I dont know if they actually work but I saw these lollipops at motherhood maternity when I was there the other day. You could try them if all the normal stuff isnt working.

Girl, I feel your pain! I am going through that right now. While at work, I try to eat pretty much constantly (crackers, fruit, etc.). And if it gets really bad I drink a sprite. At home, I put a cold rag on my neck (really helps me!), drink a caffeine free soda, eat saltines, and sleep. I hpe it passes for you quickly!

I got really bad morning sickness at the beginning of my pregnancy. My doctor told me to try a 50 mg B6 vitamin. My mom also used to make me ginger tea. It's better than ginger ale because it actually has real ginger root. It helps to settle your stomach. Also trying some dry crackers helps. I couldnt eat just plain crackers bc they were way too dry. So I always carried around ritz bitz crackers (the ones with cheese). It helped

When I had morning sickness the thing that helped me the most was to have some crackers or dry cereal by my bed. The first thing I would do when I woke up in the morning before even getting out of bed was to eat something as this helped calm my stomach before I got up and around for the day.
