Help me, doctors of Babygaga

I know everyone on Babygaga has their medical degree so I'm hoping you all can diagnose me!  

The past week or so, I have not been myself. I'm tired and fatigued and nauseous. I don't have an appetite for anything. Last night I had sudden severe vertigo. The room was spinning so fast I thought I was going to hurl. I fell asleep and when I woke up, I was fine, but today I still feel a bit lightheaded.

I'm not pregnant, I had my period on the 19th. No need medications or change in diet.

Doctors, what is wrong with me?

do you have a fever?

ear infection?
there is something else on the tip of my mind but i cant think of it right now...

your pregnant, the baby is just hiding in your smurf  

You may be drunk.

Or dehydrated.
Or high blood pressure.
I'm no doctor so my advice sucks.

Are you dehydrated? Or, check your blood sugar. You haven't quit drinking soda cold turkey, right?

Anemia maybe?

No, no fever... and my ears don't hurt.

Could be an ear infection or dehydration.

it could be allergies. i know that sounds weird but ive had those same symptoms and it was allergies. there could be fluid in your ears, or mucus in your sinuses that is going down your throat and into your stomach. the fluid in your ears will make you dizzy, and the mucus will make you nauseous.

You sound like you have anemia your iron might be really low. I have it too even when I'm not pregnant I deal with it as well.
