Okay so me and Miguel have been broken up for a few weeks. The reason is becaues I don't think that I am truly "in love" with him. Yes I love him alot and I will always love him but I'm just not "feeling it" any more you know? I don't understand why I am feeling this way but I do like this other guy but Jaime (the other guy) says that he doesn't know if he feels the same way because he thought that I just wanted a sancho or someone to just have fun with. But I really do like him alot and I don't think it's wise for me to tell miguel that I want to be with him when I really have feelings for this other guy. What advice do you have for me please?

I didn't want to post a whole new topic cuz then everyone would be like what is she talking about so I'm just bumping this so everyone has a general idea of what's going on.

i think you did the right thing in taking some time out. just keep things friendly and see what happens, having a baby does all sorts wth your hormones, so its not surprsing you may be feeling abit different just now. Just wait for a while and dont make any rash decisions!

Well I don't want to lose miguel forever but it's like if I am thinking about another guy it's not fair to him you know?

I think you need to give it some time, and maybe date this Jamie guy for a little bit and see if it is truely what you want.

Ok, so I went through the same thing after our son was born and I wondered why I didn't think l loved him at all...it's completely hormonal...I mean, I didn't really want to be effectionate while pregnant and couldn't figure out why. Just give it time - hopefully you will realize you are in love with him (or not, either way.....). ....but it's hormonal, believe me, because I went through the same thing....as did my mother, sister and a few of my friends and things are great for everyone now.

Well it's complicated because I've been talking with Jaime for a littlewhile like almost 2 months and he says he likes kicking it with me but he has no feelings for me because he likes this girl named sharee. I was upset about that and he kept telling me please don't hate me I don't want to hurt your feelings kristen. Please don't cry because if you do you're going to make me cry. What I don't understand is the fact that he says he has no feelings for me but he was so depressed yesterday when I was upset? Idk

Added to say sharee has a man and doesn't like jaime and everyone keeps telling him that i like him and he tells them he likes me too soooooooooo i'mm confused really

Well he does care about you and feels bad that you're sad, but that and having feelings for you are completely seperate....it just means he's a really good guy because he cares enough to be honest with you & he actually feels bad.

And men are so much more confusing than women are, despite what they think....and at the same time, they're so simple, if that makes any sense.

I have a best friend, Keston, and we hung out every single day in 2006 in Chicago...& we had something great at first, but I told him how I felt and he was so undertstanding about everything & was so sweet about it...and of course, our friendship only grew from there and obvious had friends with benefits all year....but my point is that he gave me the wrong signals, although he tried not to, and he also told everyone he liked me, too.....he just wasen't ready for what I was ready for. We're still the best of friends but that's where it ends, being I have a husband.

yeah you should have seen the look on his face whenever I saw that girl called (she doesn't like him cuz she has a bf and she told me straight up if you don't want me to talk to him I will respect that because I would want you to do the same). I got really quiet and I'm not a quiet person and he was like Kristen come here please I really wanna talk to you please don't be mad at me don't hate me please. I like hanging out with you but I thought that you just wanted a sancho so I don't have feelings for you but I do like kicking it wit you. And he told me please please please don't cry because if you start crying I'm going to cry to and his face was just so sad! It's weird that he says he doens't have any feelings for me yet he almost did cry lol

Also it makes it hard cuz all 3 of us work together! lol he told me yesterrday he goes if you have feelings for me I don't want to hurt them so I think maybe we shouldn't talk anymore that way you don't get hurt cuz that's the last thing that I want to do to you. and he goes I'm going to quit i hop because I don't want to cause anymore problems and I told him I'll get over it don't quit plz cuz I think he got fired from his second job cuz he wanted to stay and hang out with me so he called in and such... So I don't think he's going to quit anymore.. but On wednesday i was hanging out with my friend and miguel...i got really really plastered cuz I didn't realize how much i had drank right? Well I went up to i hop hella drunk and I don't remember anything but I guess I threw up alllllll over jaime's workshoes! lol he said I had to help you out of the car so you could puke and then you threw up on me and how many guys do you know that are going to help you when you are drunk and not take advantage of you? lol well i went back later that night and he got cut so we went back to his house till the next day until 6 at night and i was surprised he was actually helping me when I was drunk. He said he carried me to my car so my friedn could take me home

See? He's a really good guy who genuinely cares about you and doesn't want to use you or take advantage of you or hurt you......at least you know he's a really good man.....

yeah... Even when i had sobered up he said are you sure you even want to hug me and stuff I don't want to do anything if you aren't in your normal state and stuff.. He is really sweet and I would love to keep having him as a friend. but I feel like such an ass cuz i threw up on him and he had to go back to work wit wet shoes cuz he washed them! lol I work today and I'm embarrassed to go in !!!!

I don't remember anything that I said when I went in but all I remember is that the owner of I hop alex was there and I told him something and he was like tell jaime to clock out for 30 minutes and you can go talk to him okay? lol.... and then one of my friends works at my school and at i hop with me and she said yesterday mike the other manager was talking about how plastered I really was.. we were drinking malibu coconut rum and it tastes good so I didn't think it was going to do much. and when I got home to my friends house before i went back for jaime I was crying i guess and saying " I'm such a bad mom ana hates me and blah blah blah" cuz I felt bad for being drunk cuz I didn't have intenetions of gettting drunk

That guy, Keston, I told you about....well, when I was really wasted, I tried kissing him, amongst other things, and this was before I developed feelings for him - I was just really, truly drunk.....and he still became my best friend and took care of me and really watched over me and protected me.....he would even tell guys who, in bars/clubs wouldn't leave me alone, that he was my boyfriend so they'd back off..........so you throwing up on his shoes and him not making a big deal over it proves that maybe you're meant to be friends for the time being...and who knows? Maybe you will be more than that someday.

Just give things time - what's ever meant to happen does as it intends.
