bleeding during sex

On the 20th I started spotting like I always do before my period, but it was only cycle day 21 so I thought it was just coming early... my cycles range from 25 days to 40 days.

that night we had sex and I bled A LOT, I thought for sure I had started my period.

but I haven't bled at all since then, just a little brown/black spotting every day. No cramps or anything.

I'm not asking if I might be pregnant, I'm just curious if you would go to the doctor for that, or no?

I've never bled like that during sex unless I was on my period so I'm worried something might be wrong up in there.

I'd contact your Gyno to see, have you been in any pain or anything? you could have had a cyst or something

yep, but that's because I've had a kidney infection (still on meds for that) and I've been having pain near my my ovaries, mostly my right side.

I had a cyst on my right ovary last year but I didn't bleed til it burst on its own. I didn't bleed quite that badly either but it also hurt a bit on my left side too =/ i'd schedule an appointment if i were you just to make sure you know whats going on. i hope its nothing serious
