After baby did you get back into the routine of cleaning and household "chores"? The reason I am asking is because I have been since day 1 and people are telling me I'm crazy. I just can't stand a messy house and everyone here does a crap job in the cleaning department.

I guess I should rest more to let my body heal

It was a while. My SO is great at cleaning so he maintained most of it.

I wanted everything to be clean and perfect when DD first came home, so I did the same thing.
I feel better when things are done and everything is clean and put away.
DD is 6 months old now, and I'm not as bad as I was.
Sometimes I let things go so I can spend more time with DD.
But I never let my house get "dirty."

Lucky=) I can get it cleaned by BD and older kids, but its always half assed.. kind of like shoving everything under the bed half assed:-p

I get really annoyed when its not at least "picked up" and don't get me started on clutter. I'm not a neat freak but I lived in a house with a hoarder and I will be damned if things got like that here

I cleaned my house while i was in labor getting ready to go to the hospital. I was there for 12 hours after having her and as soon as i came home i i realized i didnt do a good enough job ( just in my opinion) and started picking up stuff. So since i had her home i went straight back to my cleaning routine, its a little much for the normal person. Im trying hard not to do so much all the time. I've gone from cleaning my bathroom every 2 days to every 3 days. But your not crazy for doing what your doing. But then again people say my cleaning habits are crazy obsessive so im properly not the one to really help you here!! lol
