To deal with the school allowing inappropriate behavior you can report them to the Department of Children and Familes to have a full investigation of the daycare. If it was a actual school then the school board. Call the director yourself and ask what has been done to prevent these boys from doing this again. If they havent done anything make sure you inform them you are going to write a full review of their center and send it to the local newspapers andCity Hallbecause if they can not handle the problem appropriately the public has a right to know.

My son (6 1/2 yrs.) thinks that you will be arrested if you kiss anyone when you are under the age of 18!!! However, we recently went through a similar situation with one of his friends. His friend, who is 1 1/2 yrs older, asked my son if he wanted to "do sex." This happened at the other childs house and the mother was completely unaware of the situation. Thank god my son told me about it because he will never go over that house again unless I or his father are there with him. But to answer your question, I asked all kinds of questions and explained that it was absolutley not okay. The whole thing was instigated by the other child and my son unfortunatley has learned alot about "sex" from this other boy. I told my son that what happened was inappropriate and that if it ever happened again the other boy would be in a lot of trouble with the police. I also told him that if he ever tried to do that with someone else he would be in trouble with the police because it is against the law to do those nasty things!!

You are giving your son an unhealthy view of sex. It is not a nasty thing. It is not illegal. Inappropriate at that age, YES, but not nasty or illegal. Sex is how he came about, how is that nasty? Instead of telling him it is nasty and illegal, maybe try telling him that it is for adults only. It is inappropriate for a child so young to talk about, or experiment with it. That way he doesnt grow up thinking sex is bad.

For a 6 year old, it is nasty!! Do you really want your children knowing or experimenting with sex at such a young age? When he is older I will tell him, but for now I will continue to tell him what I am telling him. Let me ask you a question, do your kids want to be an adult? Do your kids try to imitate things that you do you? If the answer is yes, then what makes you think that telling them it is for adults will stop them from trying it? Kids know that beer is for adults but that doesn't stop them from trying it at least once!! If you want to explain to your kids about sex go right ahead but when you find out that they are trying it, don't be mad at anyone but yourself.

Hmmmm, I dont tell my kids WHAT sex is. They dont know. But if they found out and tried experimenting, then I would tell them it is not for kids, but I wont tell them it is nasty or illegal. I wont LIE to my kids.
