Tubes tied

Anybody just had there baby and gotten there tubes tied? Was it a painful procedure or was it really easy since you just given birth anyway. I am thinking about doing this.

i want to know too! 2 kids is it for me and we are debating between my husband getting neutered or myself

make your husband do it. Haven't you been through enough giving him 2 kids! LOL actually I've heard that guys are fine after the procedure where as women take a few days to get back to them selves.

I am having it done this time if they will allow it during my c-section.

that's what i told my husband and he agreed! he's all for getting it done, which surprised me b'c thats his jewels!! and geting me fixed is permanentand if he does it, he could have it reversed... i think he's hoping for more kids but my uterus is closed for business!!

i just figured if i have to have a c section, they might as well get to it while i am all exposed!

Ask your doc ! More and more docs aren't willing to do it because they are finding that the tubes re-attach during recovery from pregnancy .

If/whenI have another baby I want my tubes tied afterward..

It was offered as an option when I had my c-section with Hailey..but I was sure I might want more kids.

Not sure if my husband's insurance would cover it..and if they did, how much we would have to pay too.. I don't want another big bill to have to pay off..

My medical care is free and getting my tubes tied while on the table sounds good to me.
