I found a cut wedding dress online, it's exactly what i want and it's only $285. I'm a little weary about ordering online though (I could get it fitted here). Would you risk it and just see what happens? Thank you!
Also, idk if I would regret missing the experience of going out and looking for one.

Order it a size bigger, and take it to a good tailor.

if you do it let me know how it turns out, i posted this exact Q a couple weeks back! im too scared to order it..seems to good to be true...someone told me those websites ship the dress in pieces and expect you to put it together, not sure if its true

It is beautiful though. Maybe you could message them and ask for actual pictures or something. I am sure they would understand you wanting to make sure of what you are buying. I don't know, I don't buy online usually unless from a store.

I would try and find it in a store and try it on there to see what it looks like on before you buy it. My friend who has a pretty decent body went and tried on dresses and the ones she liked online she didn't always think looked right once on her body.

I'd be really careful about sizing. Wedding dresses run really small- I wore a six at the time of my wedding and had to order my dress in a ten.

My sister ordered hers online for $200. When it came in it totally didn't look like it did online. She still liked it luckily but there was noticeable difference.

I was going to do the same thing until a few people shared some very bad experiences with me about ordering dresses online. Like the dress never coming and them even driving to the address days before the wedding to get the dress and finding an empty warehouse. getting a different dress that is cheaply made. Ect. I would defiantly advice against it.

This doesnt answer your question, but a friend of mine ordered her dress of ebay.
She sent in her measurements and told them what she wanted, and it was only $200 with shipping.
It was beautiful but she did have to get it altered.

i just got my wedding dress

i went on ebay and had a look around and i found one i loved , the starting bid was , are you ready , $18 , i thought why not bid , so i did ,and i was the only one that bid , so i won it for $18 lol

i got an email from the seller asking for my mesurments , i sent them of then three weeks later my dress arrived , and it fits perfectly

my mum is amazed at how beautiful it is and that it is the same as what they said ,

now the shipping was $140 lol but they made it to my measurments and its fantastic

who was the seller on ebay? that might work better because at least they have buyer protection.
