posted 27th Jun '12
Okay so i knew id never be the same down there (lady part) after giving birth to my babygirl and gettung stitches for tearing 5 months ago. But id like to be able to get back to my tight self..now i cant even use tampons because they fall out.

Squats actually work better than kegels.

Also OP if tampons are falling out that could indicate something else (such a prolapse) I would go see you dr, explain your concern and have them check it out for you.

I think you might have bigger issues if tampons are falling out. Like a prolapse. Also try squats and kegels if you are worried about tightening things back up.

Yup they all said it kegels kegels kegels. That stuff works!!!   And I had worse than a 4th degree tear with my first, plus reconstructive surgery because of the damage, another 3rd degree tear with my second....and everything is back to normal for me

I hate to hear tht for you, kegals and squats is all you can do. Try holding the kegals for 60 seconds. Then relaxing the muscles completely. I hope things get better for you cause that sucks I just had my baby and I know things won't ever be the same down there. I feel your pain!
