Acting wierd.

My SO was fine with me being prego but ever sence the baby was born hes been acting like a HUGE jerk. I know that he may be mad cuz the baby has all my attenchen but hes not helping with ANYTHING. Im so mad!! He barly even changes a diaper, when i give the baby to him (the dad) he (the dad) gives the baby to his mom, that about how long he holds him. Hes not acting like he wants to be in our life. What do i do???

Tell him how you feel.

Talk to him about it, tell him how you feel. He needs to step up and help out. It's not fair for you to have to do everything and for him to hand the baby off all of the time.

but yes OP you need to talk to him and see what is going on in that head of his and maybe say something nicely to his mom about not taking the baby everytime he tries to give him to her.

Then tell him to kick mutha frappin rocks dude... if he's treating you poorly and not even helping with the baby what good is he anyway? I know it sucks, no one wants to be a single parent but it happens. You sound like you would be better off without him.

Make him pay child support, by legal means... He doesn't pay he goes to jail, he does and you have money for your baby either way it a winn win deal. If I were you i'd dump the smurf just because he's the father of your baby doesn't mean you have to deal with that type of disrespect. Shape up or ship out.

I'm sorry but you are surprised at this? He's young, he doesn't want to be tied down. While it's not fair he may just be scared of reality. Going from a pregnant girlfriend to a real life baby is quite a kick in the face to a boy. Hell, a man at any age. Relax it may get better.
