pregnant after MC

so im currently 6 weeks along after having a miscariage almost a year ago. my question is what should i be asking the doctor to do or check to make sure this doesnt happen again?

im sorry about your loss. unfortunately, there is nothing any doctor can do to keep it from happening. good luck mama.

get blood work done asap. I have had 2 miscarriages and just found out at the beginning of this pregnancy that I have low progesterone. They put me on a supplement and this baby has stuck.

Some times there is nothing they can do and some times there is. GL momma!

Sorry for your loss. Like the other poster said, there isn't anything a doctor can or will do with just one loss.

thanks ladies, im going to make sure the doctor checks my hcg levels and check into putting me on progesterone. so hopefully this baby sticks.

actually i dont even know who that is, ive been a member on here since my last pregnacy, so all your drama and accusations are uneeded, i cam here for help so...

Uh, why?  

If you only had one mc and it was early. The dr might not do anything but check to make sure your levels are doubling. I had a mc and then 7 months later got pregnant with our daughter. They didn't' do anything special. Other than test my hcg level twice.

well ladies, everything went great at the doctors, she said everything looked great, uterus was well postioned and baby was well postioned, even saw a flicker of the heart beat, i go in next at 10 weeks on the 26th of july, and im due feb 18th which puts me at 6 and 1/2 weeks right now.
