Don't believe everything you hear...
Hello! I asked my doctor this question last time I was in the office and she said it is NOT a big deal! She said women worry too much about it but the truth is over 20% of women will go into labor and the baby's cord will wrap around its neck. She said its an old wives tale that you can't lift above your head nad all that stuff, she said just when/if that does happen when your going into labor they have to slow down the process and you will probably not be allowed to push until they can situate the baby's body under the cord. I would try to take my mind off of it! Don't stress yourself sweetie! Good luck!
