Cramps in my arms, hands, and shoulders.

For the past week, I've had cramps all up and down both arms, and going all the way to my hands. It hurts to the point where my hands cramp up and I can't squeeze them. I guess it's like a dull, achy, cramp. So frustrating!
Anybody else? And if so.. what did you do to stop them?

I have been having really bad leg cramps when I wake up and it is on the same leg. I usually have to bend the leg and then walk and straighten it to make it go away.
