What time is best to exercise?

What time do you think it's best time to exercise during the day (aside from working around your baby's/family's schedule). I like working out later in the day (evening or even later) and I'm not sure if that's the "best" time to do it.

I used to work out late at night because that was my only free time to get to the gym. I like working out in in the early AM, though. They weren't kidding about those endorphins.

i find working out in the mornings is best it gives me energy for the rest of the day

I'm not sure if it's me, or something's wrong with me, but when I exercise I become tired/worn out that I'm sluggish the rest of the day. I've always worked out at night for that reason alone. But I've heard working out in the mornings gives the best result for the rest of the day (ie, higher metabolism).

I felt like that, too, when I worked out at night. It took me a while to get used to the morning routine, but when I did, I felt awesome. I'm hoping to get back into my routine after baby's here lol.
