laying down

posted 26th Jun '12
does anyone feel like pressure on they're chest while they lay down and notice ur taking deep breaths in. Once you sit up it goes away? Been happening lately I'm not worried about any type of 'heart' issue or anything like that but its just becoming more noticeable i guess.

I get the same thing if lying on my back more than 5 minutes, i heard you are not suppose to lie down on back to long at this stage. We are about the same. Im a back and belly sleeper so its hard not to.
I wedge a pillow on my back when lying down, it helps some

Laying on your back puts pressure on your vena cava, the large artery that runs through your torso and supplies blood to your lower half. It sounds like you are cutting off your circulation. Lay on your left side and or lay with your upper body elevated a bit.
