Trouble pumping?

I will be going out of town in a couple weeks and my son will have to go to child care for when we do activities I have been pumping to save so I can take it with us for when he has to go to child care. I used to get 5ozs from both boobs(2.5oz each) but now I am only getting about 3ozs total (2ozs from one and 1oz from the other) When he is eating from the breast he is content and fine but I just can't seem to pump enough for him :/ he is very unsatisfied with the 3ozs (take from bottle) but satisfied with the 5ozs. Is there a way to up my supply for pumping? I have been trying to pump every hour but that's not working to up it. (the lactation lady at WIC told me to do this)

Activities?

Just pump ever hour for twenty minutes each side and store what u get.

Hiking, a baby can come.
I guess I wouldn't be engaging in activities where it'd be inconvenient, he's still really little. They don't recommend bottle feeding until 3 months at the earliest.

I'm not taking him hiking up a mountain. Were going to a camp, and I doubt it will hurt him to give him a bottle the couple times he will be in child care.

I hiked up Mt. Washington with a baby. It's not that ridiculous.

I don't feel comfortable hiking with him.

I wasn't producing any milk due to being away from my baby and in the ICU for the first week of her life, when I got out, my friend told me to make corn meal gruel. Yep, corn meal gruel. It is actually not bad- and I GUARANTEE it will increase the amount of breast milk you make. It helped me to produce, but my child never ended up wanting to latch, and I was so disheartened I gave up. Here is how you make it- boil whole milk, add corn meal till creamy texture is achieved, add butter, and top with more milk and raisins. Try it for a week, and let me know if you produce more milk- I swear it works. I ate it for breakfast every morning, but it is more effective if you eat it twice a day I guess.
