iPhone help!!!!!!!!!!

my iphone won't turn on! earlier my twitter app was messing up, so i ended up deleting it and trying to re-install it. it wouldn't re-install so i turned off my phone, go to turn it on and it won't turn on. it's just had the screen with the apple on it for like 40 minutes. i don't know what to do. i can't call Apple support because i don't have a phone. i tried to contact my mom through facebook to see if she could help or call them but she didn't respond. someone please help! i need my phone!

Hold down the center button (home) and the button on top at the same time, hold it until it goes black the the apple sign comes back again and it should reset.

i've done that several times and it just goes back to the screen and it just goes back to the screen with the apple and stays there

Have you reset the phone via iTunes on your computer?

i have my phone plugged up to my computer now with iTunes up but it won't connect to it at all

Hmm, I don't know. Maybe you'll have to restore it on iTunes but then you will lose everything besides things backed up onto iCloud.

i can't restore it because it won't connect to my iTunes

my mom got it for me for my birthday last year so roughly 14 months.. not sure exactly when she bought it

Maybe it's just done now?
My iPhone I have had probably about that same amount of time and it's starting to act up. It's a great phone never had a phone last so long!
But like my camera won't open anymore and sometimes randomly shuts of an won't turn back on for 10 min. Kinda like yours but it has turned back on.
I am waiting for my upgrade in November so I can get a new one. I can't afford a new phone right now.
