I used to work in one of those programs. I would look in your area to see where one is. They offer free bussing in my area, idk if that is a law thing or not everywhere. I had a hearing impaired child last year in my class who was not potty trained yet, and finally about a month after he turned 5 he was able to wear underwear. It does take extra time sometimes, so dont get discouraged.
