how well did it work for you to increase your supply? I want to start working, but i dont produce enough to pump AND nurse him :/

Worked good for about a week. Then poof quit. :/

Been working for me! I drink five cups of mothers milk tea too...I love the stuff. You really will smell like maple syrup though! It's wild, a big running joke in my house now

Walmart has it in the vitamin section. It's around $5 for a large bottle. You're sweat will smell like maple syrup lol. It's gross. But it does work. I couldnt stomach the tea.

Just an update, I've been eating four servings of steel cut oats, taking nine fenugreek capsules and at least three cups of mothers milk tea per day, and I have noticed an increase in supply   not like, a crap ton more but DEFINIELY an increase   fortunately I like the taste of them, I actually crave the tea!

since yesterday, I have drank 192 ounces of water and my milk supply doubled. i pretty much have to constantly be pumping or else my boobs will be engorged.

Agh! I'm going to try to do that. We're you just chugging and chugging water all day? I NEED coffee in the morning- did you drink anything besides water?
