I straight up cannot follow a recipe!

I was making lemon poppyseed bread (from a box ) with my stepdaughter. Once it was in the oven I noticed I added an extra half stick of butter. I swear I have this thing where I always screw up recipes!

More butter, sounds good to me!  

I'm the same way with baking. I always get SOMETHING wrong!

I can FOLLOW a recipe, it just won't turn out like it's supposed to.

I suck.

It's still in the oven. I put some extra flour...hoping for the best. But I swear, no matter how closely I try to follow the recipe I always do something wrong! Lol

Hey, if it still tastes good, I don't consider it wrong. I consider it enhancement... :-)
