Cookout/BBQ help!

Instead of a baby shower I'm hosting a cookout instead. Problem is I have no idea what to have. When you do a cookout what kind of meats, veggies, sides and other stuff do you make? Any good recipes? TIA.

When we cook out we do bbq chicken, potato salad, baked beans, fruit salads, and different deserts that someone brings.

Then sometimes we just do burgers, hot dogs, and chips with dip if I feel like being lazy
