Feeling lightheaded.

I have noticed lately I get very lightheaded sometimes and feel almost as if I could pass out which is weird. I also have gotten these crazy sharp headaches idk if they go hand in hand or what but idk what to do ugh. I hate going to any doctor now because I always have to pay smurfing money for it like way more money than I have and I keep piling up bills. :\

How much water are you drinking during the day? Does it happen if you haven't eaten in a long time?

Are you drinking enough water? Are you eating enough?

I drink a good amount because breastfeeding always makes me thirsty and I just ate like 2 hours ago and I am feeling this way. Earlier I had a headache and now I feel light headed.

What did you eat?

Both lightheaded and headaches can go both ways for hypoglycemic and hyper. Is it always after eating? Or sporadic throughout the day?

A sandwich and some chips. It is sporadic really and it doesn't happen everyday.

Are you positive? With ebf you need quite a lot of calories.

What's your typical meal throughout the day? It really may be that you're not getting enough calories during the day. How often do you eat?
