french toast

Im dying to make it tonight but i would like to hear how you ladies make yours..

Eggs, milk, and cinnamon.

Dunk in the bread, and fry it up on a skillet.

om nom nom! i want some

this. maybe some vanilla extract as well

1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup milk or half and half
5 eggs
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
10 1" slices day old french bread

Butter your pan, dip the bread in the batter, and fry it up.

Yum, yum!

i do this and add almond extract...

This with vanilla extract also and sometimes hershey's cocoa

french vanilla protein powder (part of my diet)

dip bread and fry up nom nom

OR

3 eggs
french vanilla creamer
cinnamon
french vanilla protein powder

fry it up and enjoy

of course I always top them the same with butter and powdered sugar!! Now I want french toast!!

My MIL did some the other day with really grounded up cap'n cruch cereal... battered it like ya do with the milk/egg wash cinnamon vanilla mix, then dipped it in crunched up cap'n crunch, and then fried it in the skillet.

Not had eggy bread in AGES. Going to make some tomorrow for breakfast

french toast was a sucess i think its the first time i made it for my dd & she loved it! i was impressed with my self lol

I get the thick slices of bread made by Van de Kamp

Then...
4 eggs
1 cup half and half
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Teaspoon sugar
1/4-1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

YUM with powdered sugar on top...
