Reflux...?

Okay so my son Blake is two months old now and I really think he might have infant reflux. I noticed some odd things ever since he was born but I never thought they were symptoms of reflux. At first I would try to put a binky in his mouth and he would gag on it I just thought that it went too far back in his throat or something. He does it with bottles too. He cries like he's in serious pain I used think it was gas but I give him milicon drops and burp him, massage his stomach, swing him on his belly in my arms, do bicycling motions and everything I have ever heard of that helps relieve gas I know it works cause I hear and unfortunately smell it working but he still cries like he's in pain every time he eats now. He has most symptoms of reflux and I asked his pediatrician if that's what he could have but he keeps telling me no it's probably just colic i'm switching pediatricians now to get a different opinion.... he aslo throws up sometimes from the gagging not spit up... projectial baby vomit.... reflux or colic?

Sounds like reflux to me but it could even be a bit of both. My 9 week old daughter has severe reflux, shes on special comfort formula which is easier to keep down + 2 different medicines. 1 which goes in her bottles + 1 from a syringe 3 times a day. She cries constantly + barely sleeps. Sometimes she gets colicky as well, I know when that's bothering her coz her poop is green. She vomits a lot, projectile + spit up, have had her with gp bout 5 times since she was born, not including usual newborn checkups + vaccinations. I was just told its reflux + shell grow out of it, probably around 6 months. Poor lil thing, some days it's ok but some constant vomiting + she doesn't stop crying. Try burping your child a lot during feeding as normal wind can cause vomiting + after feeding try keepin LO upright in your arms for a little while. I notice this helps my daughter keep it down better. Also a bath before bed seems to help too, maybe coz it relaxes it more. My public health nurse also told me to put a folded towel under her cradle mattress to elevate it a bit at the top, it's meant to help them sleep better if they have reflux. I know how worrying it can be + it's hard on the poor babies, hope it settles soon for you mama!
