i agree with cutting out soda and chips but u dont have to cut out bread. just eat whole wheat and dont over do it. eat smaller potions throughout the day. depending on what time u go to sleep eating after 6pm is fine. i dont go to sleep til after midnight most nights my last "snack" is at about 930-10 some nights. i never go over my calories and i have been losing weight. u just gotta learn how to eat better. seriously join myfitnesspal it will help.
