I always woke my babies every 2 to 3 hours including at night the first two weeks to build up a good supply then after that I let then sleep when needed. And your prolactin levels are at the highest between 1 and 5 am. If you have a pump maybe feed and pump (1 hour after a feeding). Within 24 to 48 hours you should see a difference in your supply.
