Young girls in and out of our neighbors house?! Weird?

Okay so this might be a tad long and in the wrong place but what would you do /think?

Our neighbor is an older, single man. I never really cared for him, and thought he was sort of weird but I'm not really that nice anyways, so I just blew it off. We met the people that rented here before us, and she's a nurse at my kids pedi's office and she made a comment about him being weird. All that aside, we've been seeing young girls around 12-15 in and out of his house.

We saw two girls come, they had illinois plates, they were here for a few days, then left. We thought- okay maybe family. Then he had the car, but no girls!? Weird but w/e.
Then we kept seeing our other neighbors daughter go over there when her parents weren't home- in like little shorts and tank tops- and this was in winter and she's still doing it now...then she'd be back before parents were home- we'd see her leave an hour or two later. She's friends with my DH's little sister and when asked she said she just took care of his cats...but he was home- both times we saw her. Then we saw her do it again yesterday.

There has been a few other girls that looked around the same age and I'm starting to think it's really weird and something is going on. But what do you do? I don't want some crazy coming over here when I have two little ones, but he's always out on his back deck and will talk to my kids- and now I'm freaking out a little.
Should we go talk to the neighbor girls mom?

I'm really not sure what to think/do. Is that weird to you? maybe I'll just say nothing and whatever but it makes me sick thinking about what might be going on.

Not sure what i'd do in that situation but he's kinda sounding like a creep. All of it just sounds super strange.

It might be weird, but IMO it's none of your business. And it may be a little weird to spy on him, per say.

I'd tell the neighbor girls mom. That's weird and better safe than sorry

Sounds creepy. I guess you should find out first, why and what exactly they are going over there for.

I would definitely tell the girl's mom just to verify she knows. I would want to be aware of a situation like that if I was that girl's mom (assuming she doesn't know), and I rather look like an ass or a nosy person than look back to this and say "I had a chance to say something"

i would just keep your own kids away from him, but other wise there's really not much else you can do.

It's weird b/c we don't even have to spy... it's like in the morning..and we are always out there- I guess her mom and dad work day shift? and then every now and then we'll see a girl in the evening....
and if his house wasn't attached to ours- I would ignore it..but you can even hear him open his garage door all the time.

I would mention it to the girl's mom so maybe she can check it out. Only because she is going over there when they aren't home in hoochie mama clothes! lol

that's the only thing I'm thinking of doing- he can just ..whatever...but that little girl is friends with DH's sister...and I'll be damned if she goes over there..kwim? so I don't know...I just don't want to start anything, but I will FOR SURE be keeping my kids away from him...

That guy sounds like a real creep and better safe then sorry, id inform the mom of the odd behavior. For all you know they could be a victim of lord know what with this guy
